Tremron Construction in Chino, CA | Sycamore Contractors

We handle Tremron paver and wall block repairs, resets, and new installs across Chino, including the Preserve and the older neighborhoods south of the 60, and we also offer Tremron in Eastvale. The one thing that separates our Tremron work here is simple: we diagnose why a paver installation failed before we touch it. Chino’s two housing stock types fail in different ways, and treating them the same is how you get a patio that ponds again next winter. Call (877) 265-6284 for a free estimate.

Why Chino Residents Choose Us for Tremron Service

Nate Calloway, our owner, grew up in Redhawk and spent years running crews across Southwest Riverside County before starting Sycamore Contractors. He’s the one who taught us a simple rule: “Do it right the first time, or you’ll do it twice in the July heat.” That’s not a slogan, it’s how we approach Tremron work in Chino. A paver base that’s off by an inch or two won’t show in April, but by August the thermal cycling has settled it, and by October the Santa Anas have stripped the joint sand right out of it.

We’ve laid, repaired, and re-set Tremron pavers in both ZIPs here, and we know the difference between a warranty-period Preserve install and a 40-year-old 91710 driveway that’s been patched twice by two different crews. We carry genuine Tremron products where color and profile need to match, and we stock compatible base, polymeric sand, and edge restraint for the fix that actually holds. Independent means we don’t answer to Tremron, we answer to the paver field that’s failing in your yard. Learn more about our Tremron sales & service approach.

Common Tremron Construction Problems We Solve in Chino

  • Efflorescence and chalky white bloom. We see this constantly on shaded north-facing walkways in 91710 after winter rain and irrigation overspray. The whitish salt deposits on Tremron concrete pavers aren’t a product defect, they’re moisture moving through the paver and pulling salts to the surface. We clean it properly and address the drainage that keeps feeding it.
  • Rutting and settling at driveway aprons. In the Preserve, sloped-lot drainage and Santa Ana wind-driven dust work into the base and erode it from underneath. Pavers sink, edges loosen, and tire loads make it worse fast. This is a base failure, not a paver failure, and we fix the base, not just the surface.
  • Fading and surface wear on tumbled pavers. Chino’s summer UV is relentless, especially on pool decks and south-facing patios where reflected heat doubles the exposure. Tremron Olde Towne and Cambridge pavers hold up well, but older installs show uneven fading. We match replacement pavers by color and profile so the patch isn’t obvious.
  • Wall block separation and cracking. On 1970s and 80s tract lots in 91710, thermal cycling and poor or missing footings cause retaining wall blocks to separate at the seams. Tremron Stonegate and Mega Bergen wall systems need proper drainage behind the wall; when it wasn’t put in originally, the wall pushes outward. We rebuild the footing, add drainage, and re-set the block.
  • Sand loss at paver joints. Santa Ana winds strip regular joint sand in a single season. We re-sand with polymeric sand that sets and resists wind erosion, and we verify edge restraint so the whole field isn’t creeping outward.

Tremron Service in Chino: What Local Conditions Mean for Your Equipment

Chino’s 91708 Preserve homes are still mostly inside or just past builder warranty, so our Tremron paver work there skews toward post-closing patio and driveway upgrades, while across the 60 in older 91710 the same crews are replacing and re-setting decades-old pavers on postwar tract lots. That split isn’t true in Chino Hills, Tremron in Montclair, or Ontario, at least not the way it is here. When we come out to a Preserve property, we’re usually looking at an original builder-grade patio that needs regrading or a driveway the homeowner wants to stretch for a third car. The base often wasn’t compacted to spec because it was pull-through production work. In 91710, we’re dealing with the opposite: the pavers themselves are often fine, but years of irrigation overspray, root growth from mature trees, and shifting adobe-heavy soil have undermined the base. We once re-set an Olde Towne field in the Preserve where the original base had no slope at all; it ponded within a foot of the back slider after the first winter rain. Pulled it, corrected the grade, re-laid the tumbled pavers, and the homeowner hasn’t had standing water since. Different house, different age, same brand of paver, two different jobs.

Tremron Models & Products We Service in Chino

We service the full Tremron hardscape lineup you’re most likely to find in Chino backyards and driveways: Olde Towne pavers (the tumbled colonial profile you see on tract driveways and walkways all over 91710), Cambridge pavers (the larger-format textured paver common on Preserve patios and pool decks), Stonegate retaining wall systems, and Mega Oldon and Mega Bergen wall block for heavier retaining work. Where a repair needs to match an existing install, we source genuine Tremron product by color and profile. For base, joint stabilization, and edge restraint, we use quality compatible materials that meet or exceed the original spec. We don’t push OEM for everything; we push OEM where it’s the only way to make the patch invisible, and we tell you when a compatible material will perform better for the conditions in your specific yard.
